By completing our application form and using the card you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of The Venue Loyalty Card scheme.

2. The card must be presented at the time of purchase.

4. We reserve the right to exclude certain products lines from the Loyalty Card scheme.

5. The Venue Loyalty Card remains the property of The Venue and associated company's.

6. The Venue reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and or scheme without any notification.

7. Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

8. To be used by the person that has there name on the card if this is found to be used by someone that isn't named on the card we will disable the card and you will be unable to obtain new cards in the future from any of our Venus.
